  • Title of the forthcoming book/journal 
  • Title of the forthcoming article or chapter 
  • Author of the forthcoming article or chapter
  • Editor of the new work as a whole 
  • Publisher/Distributor 
  • Date of Publication, i.e., month/season and year 
  • Anticipated Print run 
  • Distribution territory and language (US, North America, World, etc.)
  • Format (print, electronic, or both)
